TFS: Seamless tube flanged straight thermowell
Rodax manufactures thermowells from solid material, depending on the application with screw, flange or welding connection for easy assembly. Depending on the medium, temperature, pressure and flow rate, we produce our thermowells out of one piece of material or comprised of welded components.
We produce within EN10204-3.1 / 3.2 certification specs and even NACE standard MR-01-075 can be met. WPS and PQR are available for almost all materials. Stress calculations according to ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2010 can be done, if flow velocity or pressure prove critical and calculate the Wake Frequency.
Our thermowells can be coated with a chemical resistance such as Teflon PTFE, PFA, FEP or Halar – ECTFE. Wear-resistant protection for thermowells can be achieved with a Stellite, Eutalloy or ceramic coating. Shell version according to S 38.100 / S 38.110 / S 38.103 / S 38.104 / S 38.113 / S 38.114 are usually in stock. We can assist you with the choice of materials.
